All types of Soviet propaganda slogans had one thing in common – nobody had read them, but they were everywhere.

Something as meaningless, but more personalised, can nowadays be found in every public toilet in the post-Soviet space (please do not throw paper in the toilet bowl) – and placing it out in the manner of old propaganda is restoring its existence, along with the feeling of reading the text at the time.
